Platform Overview

tria is the first autonomous advertising agency — a platform where specialised AI agents collaborate to produce complete campaigns in minutes, not weeks.

01

01 — The Operating Model

A traditional agency moves a brief through strategy, creative and media as sequential human handoffs. tria replaces those handoffs with a swarm of specialised agents that share a single context and run in parallel, under explicit human approval at each phase.

The output is not a suggestion deck. It is a production-ready campaign: strategy document, creative assets in IAB formats, a media plan with allocation and ROAS projections, and an activation package.

02

02 — The Agents

  • 01Strategy Agent — agentic RAG market research, competitive analysis, audience segmentation, positioning and KPI definition.
  • 02Creative Agent — brand DNA retrieval and enforcement, production-ready statics across IAB formats, video storyboards and keyframes, copy variants.
  • 03Media Agent — Marketing Mix Modelling for channel allocation, budget distribution with ROAS projections, flight scheduling and activation readiness.
  • 04Analytics layer — continuous KPI forecasting, performance reading and optimisation cycles across the live campaign.
03

03 — Agentic RAG

Every agent decision is grounded in retrieved brand context rather than generic model priors. The retrieval layer indexes brand guidelines, visual identity, tone of voice, asset libraries, historical campaign performance and competitive positioning.

This is what separates a calibrated output from a generic one: the model is not asked to imagine your brand, it is given your brand.

04

04 — The 30-Minute Cycle

  • 01Briefing — approximately 2 minutes. Natural-language input, structured and validated.
  • 02RAG Synthesis — approximately 8 minutes. Brand DNA, benchmarks and competitive intelligence.
  • 03Creative Production — approximately 12 minutes. Publish-ready assets aligned to strategy.
  • 04Media Activation — approximately 8 minutes. MMM allocation, flights and ROAS projections.

Cycle times are typical for a standard single-market campaign and vary with scope, number of formats and integrations enabled.

05

05 — Architecture

  • 01Multi-tenant hierarchy: Organisation → Brand → Campaign, with isolated data silos and per-brand agent configuration.
  • 02Real-time orchestration: campaign cards, agent status, phase steppers and KPI dashboards updated live.
  • 03Human-in-the-loop gates on every phase, with a complete audit trail of decisions, sources and reasoning steps.
  • 04Role-based access control across strategists, creatives, media planners and executives.
  • 05Versioned, brand-safe deliverables with deployment-ready export.
06

06 — Access

The platform operates on an invite-only basis during the pre-launch programme. Enterprise access opens on the public launch date announced on the home page.
