We process personal data on the basis of contract performance (providing the platform), legitimate interest (security, service improvement), legal obligation (accounting and compliance) and consent, where consent is required — for example, non-essential cookies.

We share data with infrastructure and AI model providers strictly as processors, under contract, to operate the service. We may disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights. We do not share client content with other clients.

Account and campaign data is retained for the life of the account. On termination, client content is deleted or returned within 90 days, except where retention is required by law. Security and audit logs are retained for up to 24 months.

Subject to applicable law — including Brazil’s LGPD and, where relevant, the GDPR — you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction of processing, and information about sharing. You may also withdraw consent at any time. Requests: [email protected].

Infrastructure and model providers may process data outside Brazil. Where that occurs, transfers are covered by contractual safeguards appropriate to the destination jurisdiction.
